Private yoga sessions offer a calm, supportive space where we can work together to explore movement, breathing practices, relaxation and mindfulness in a way that meets you exactly where you are. There is no pressure to keep up with anyone else and no expectation to achieve a particular level of fitness or flexibility. Each session is shaped around your needs, your experience and how you are feeling on the day.
I offer a free, no-obligation consultation so that we can talk about what you're looking for, discuss any questions or concerns, and explore whether private sessions feel like the right fit for you.
