Sometimes a group class isn't the right fit

You may be completely new to yoga, returning after illness or injury, going through a period of stress or change, or simply looking for a practice that is tailored specifically to you.

Private yoga sessions offer a calm, supportive space where we can work together to explore movement, breathing practices, relaxation and mindfulness in a way that meets you exactly where you are. There is no pressure to keep up with anyone else and no expectation to achieve a particular level of fitness or flexibility. Each session is shaped around your needs, your experience and how you are feeling on the day.

 I offer a free, no-obligation consultation so that we can talk about what you're looking for, discuss any questions or concerns, and explore whether private sessions feel like the right fit for you. This is an opportunity for you to share your goals and for us to decide together how I can best support you.  Each session approx. 20 minutes via Zoom.

A practice designed around you

Sessions may include:

gentle yoga and mindful movement, breathing practices, relaxation and meditation, mindfulness techniques,

guidance on developing simple practices that you can continue at home. 

Many people find that one-to-one sessions give them the confidence and support they need to reconnect with their body and prioritise their wellbeing.

Supporting you through life's changes

Our bodies and our lives are constantly changing. At times we may need a gentler, more personal approach to movement and self-care. Private sessions can be particularly supportive if you are rebuilding confidence after a period of illness, recovering from injury, navigating a significant life change, or simply wanting to create space to nurture your wellbeing.

My approach is compassionate, adaptable and centred around listening to what you need.
