Midweek uplifting Yoga (online) £10 per session

Wednesday evenings: 6:15 - 7:25 pm

No need to leave home to get to this session, tune-in via Zoom each week. All you need is a comfortable place where you can move easily to practice asanas. Bring your mat, any props you might wish to use and warm layers for Savasana.

Weekend warm-up Yoga £13 payg or £65 x 6 sessions

Friday mornings: 9:30 - 10:45 am

 Ease yourself into the weekend with this gentle yet challenging yoga class. Moving with the breath, you'll slowly warm the body with yoga poses and flows, challenge yourself where it feels right, leaving space to truly unwind and rest in Savasana.
