A mindful approach to this fun and friendly yoga class. Focus on breath-work throughout, moving through warm-up stretches to flowing asanas (postures), finishing with relaxing savasana for a great night's sleep.

Join this meditation group to experience the many benefits meditation can offer. Varying methods each week: pranayama, guided, mindful, visualisation and imaginary to name a few. A great opportunity to connect and share with others from the comfort of your own home. Can be enjoyed sitting or lying down asanas - feel free to bring headphones.
Wednesday evenings: 6:15 - 7:25pm
No need to leave home to get to this yoga class, tune-in via Zoom each week for this Yogi's class. All you need is a comfortable place where you can move easily to practice asanas. Bring your mat, any props you might wish to use and warm layers for Savasana and deep relaxation.
Friday mornings: 9:30 - 10:45am
All Saints Youth & Community Hall, Didcot
A gentle yoga class to round off the week. Working on the breath, warming the body slowly, pushing harder in asanas and taking time to unwind and relax into savasana.
